<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>The new title compound is hydrothermally synthesized by reaction of Ni(OAc)<sub>2</sub>, V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>, H<sub>3</sub>BO<sub>3</sub>, and en in H<sub>2</sub>O (autoclave, 200 °C, 3 d, 92% yield).</p> </abstract>
