<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="ccr3163-abs-0002"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>We report a rare case of metastasis‐induced acute pancreatitis (MIAP) from small cell lung cancer (SCLC) diagnosed on autopsy, indicating a diagnosis of MIAP with SCLC.
