- <abstract abstract-type="short" id="ajt13094-abs-0002"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>The results achieved in the Stanford trial (Scandling et al, page <ext-link ext-link-type="uri" xlink:href="http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/ajt.13091/abstract" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">695</ext-link>), if confirmed, suggest that our community should reconsider long‐held views on the adjunctive role of donor hematopoietic transplant–based strategies in clinical organ transplantation.</p> </abstract>
