Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201403998-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A novel fabrication method</bold> for stretchable magnetoresistive sensors is introduced, which allows the transfer of a complex microsensor systems prepared on common rigid donor substrates to prestretched elastomeric membranes in a single step.
