Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="short" id="echo12070-abs-0002"> <title>Mini‐Abstract</title> <p>Although computed tomography, magnetic resonance angiography, and catheter‐based angiography have been preferred for diagnosis and management of coronary artery fistulae (CAF), transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) may play an important supplementary role in diagnosis and management of patients, where use of the afore‐mentioned modalities is limited (renal dysfunction, pacemaker, severe anaphylaxis to contrast agents). We present an imaging vignette depicting a serendipitous discovery of right CAF draining into right pulmonary artery via TEE.</p> </abstract>
