<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Complementary chemistry!</bold> α‐Isocupreine (α‐ICPN) was synthesized for the first time in one step from quinine by treatment with CF₃SO₃H (see scheme).
