<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>The evaporation‐induced self‐alignment of semiconductor nanowires</bold> is achieved using wrinkled elastomeric templates.
