- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>(NMe<sub>4</sub>)<sub>4</sub> [V<sub>12</sub>O<sub>30</sub>F<sub>4</sub>(H<sub>2</sub>O)<sub>2</sub>] ·9H<sub>2</sub>O is synthesized from V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> dissolved in a solution of NMe<sub>4</sub>OH (ice bath), followed by addition of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> and HF solutions (4 °C, 6 d, 12% yield).</p> </abstract>
