- <abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>In this work we propose a super Fringe‐Field Switching (FFS) structure in which groove is formed between electrodes. With groove structure, both the threshold voltage V<sub>th</sub> and operation voltage V<sub>op</sub> of LCD display decrease by about 0.5 V. These improvements make great contribution to the power consumption of driving circuit and LCD panel.</p> </abstract>
