- <abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>We demonstrate a scalable process for manufacturing electronic backplanes suitable for large area OLED displays utilizing small isolated regions of Single‐Crystal Silicon (SCS) on arbitrary substrates. Planarized SCS particles form the active regions. Mobility (p‐type) of ∼400 cm<sup>2</sup>/V·s was measured.</p> </abstract>
