- <abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Degradation products in aged phosphorescent OLEDs were analyzed using GCIB/TOF‐SIMS. In OLEDs aged to a luminous decay of 66%, mass spectra detected the presence of oxygen‐containing components within an emission layer composed of an Ir(ppy)<sub>3</sub> guest and a CBP host. Involvement of water incorporated from the environment was strongly suggested.</p> </abstract>
