- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Ga(Sb<sub>x</sub>)N<sub>1‐x</sub> (x = 0—0.08) layers are synthesized by metal organic chemical vapor deposition on different planar substrates and GaN nanowire substrates using trimethylgallium and trimethylantimonide as feedstock gases and nitrogen as the carrier gas (565—640 °C).</p> </abstract>
