<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Nature's wisdom in enzyme design</bold>: Compounds I and II in the catalytic cycle of the Cytochrome P450 enzymes have been trapped and characterized recently.
