<abstract> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Over the last 10 years, there have been considerable changes in how we manage Barrett's neoplasia, with the shift away from conventional surgery and moving toward endotherapy for treating dysplasia and early cancer. In this editorial, we will review these changes and look forward to the possible developments which may occur over the next decade.</p> </abstract>
