- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="aelm201400053-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>An asymmetric micrometer‐sized pseudosupercapacitor</bold> is fabricated by growing V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> honeycomb nanostructures onto micro‐carbon fibers, which serve as the positive electrode. WO<sub>3</sub>/PPy core/shell nanoarrays on micro‐carbon fibers serve as the negative electrode. The all‐solid‐state pseudosupercapacitor shows a volumetric specific capacitance as high as ≈56 F cm<sup>−3</sup> and a volumetric energy density of ≈31.1 mWh cm<sup>−3</sup> while maintaining a high power density. <boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgjjd37s47" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
