- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="smll201402468-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Ion beam sputtering deposition (IBSD)</bold> is used to synthesize high quality few‐layer hexagonal boron nitride (h‐BN) on copper foils.
