- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>A chiral [M<sub>3</sub><bold>L</bold><sub>3</sub>]<sup>6+</sup>‐type nanobowl reported here was self‐assembled from <italic>cis</italic>‐protected mono‐palladium complex [(RRdiph)Pd](NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> (where RRdiph= (1<italic>R</italic>, 2<italic>R</italic>)‐(+)‐1, 2‐diphenylethylenediamine) as chiral corners and 4, 7‐phenanthroline ligand (<bold>L</bold>) as linkers in aqueous media. The hydrophobic cavity‐containing metallo‐macrocycle [Pd<sub>3</sub><bold>L</bold><sub>3</sub>]<sup>6+</sup>·6NO<sub>3</sub> (<bold>1</bold>) with a<italic> syn, syn, syn</italic> orientation has been characterized by <sup>1</sup>H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, CD spectra and X‐ray diffraction determination.</p> </abstract>
