- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>The controlled self‐assembly of CuI and an asymmetric ligand with mixed N/S donors, 2‐(<italic>tert</italic>‐butylthio)‐<italic>N</italic>‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)acetamide (<bold>L</bold>), afforded three Cu<sup>I</sup> coordination polymers (CPs), [Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub><bold>L</bold><sub>2</sub>(MeCN)<sub>2</sub>]<sub><italic>n</italic></sub> (<bold>1</bold>), [Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub><bold>L</bold><sub>2</sub>]<sub><italic>n</italic></sub> (<bold>2</bold>), and {[Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub><bold>L</bold><sub>2</sub>]<bold>⋅</bold>MeOH}<sub><italic>n</italic></sub> (<bold>3</bold>). X‐ray analyses showed that CPs <bold>1</bold>–<bold>3</bold> are supramolecular isomers with 1, 2, and 3D structures, respectively. CP <bold>1</bold> adopts a stairstep Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub> cluster, whereas CPs <bold>2</bold> and <bold>3</bold> are composed of cubane‐like Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub> clusters. Crystal‐to‐crystal transformations of <bold>1</bold> to <bold>2</bold> and <bold>3</bold> showed reversible transformations between different Cu<sub>4</sub>I<sub>4</sub> clusters using heat or solvent (acetonitrile or methanol) vapor. CP <bold>2</bold> was reversibly transformed to <bold>3</bold> by the addition of methanol and heat. Therefore, the transformations between supramolecular isomers <bold>1</bold>, <bold>2</bold>, and <bold>3</bold> are completely reversible.</p> </abstract>
