- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="aenm201400902-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A unique hybrid nanostructure of ultrathin MoS<sub>2</sub> nanosheets on CMK‐3</bold> is designed and fabricated as an anode material for lithium‐ion batteries. With advantages of the nanosheets‐on‐channel architecture, the MoS<sub>2</sub>@CMK‐3 electrode is able to deliver a high discharge capacity of 934 mAh g<sup>−1</sup> even after 150 cycles at a current density of 400 mA g<sup>−1</sup>. <boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgh2qxd5kfw" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
