<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="admi201400360-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Localized self‐assembly of conjugated polyelectrolytes (CPEs) in a film</bold> is realized by simply contacting the film to appropriate surfactant solutions.
