Abstract:: <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Optimized conditions including a chiral squaramide catalyst render possible the conjugate addition of β‐ketoamides to nitroolefins to give the corresponding products with high diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities.</p> </abstract>
