Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Two new lycodine alkaloids, 11<italic>β</italic>‐methoxyhuperzine B (<bold>1</bold>) and 16‐oxohuperzinine (<bold>2</bold>), together with seven known ones, huperzinine <italic>N</italic>‐oxide, huperzine D, casuarinine A, huperzine B, casuarinine B, huperzinine, and <italic>N</italic>‐methyllycodine, were isolated from whole plants of <italic>Lycopodiastrum casuarinoides.</italic> Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including NMR and MS experiments.</p> </abstract>
