<abstract> <title> <x content-type="archive" xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <sec> <title content-type="abstract-heading">Purpose</title> <p> – The purpose of this paper is to study how a <italic>Wiki</italic> is used for knowledge sharing within an organization. </p> </sec> <sec> <title content-type="abstract-heading">Design/methodology/approach</title> <p> – The aim of this research is to evaluate this <italic>Wiki</italic> performance regarding knowledge sharing objectives. </p> </sec> <sec> <title content-type="abstract-heading">Findings</title> <p> – A <italic>Wiki</italic> has been deployed since several years within <italic>STMicroelectronics</italic> Company to improve Business Intelligence teamwork. </p> </sec> <sec> <title content-type="abstract-heading">Originality/value</title> <p> – The proposed evaluation methodology is based on a user-centered approach.</p> </sec> </abstract>
