- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="macp201470073-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Front Cover</bold>: Amphiphilic diblock copolymer containing glucose and azobenzene units spontaneously forms spherical micellar aggregates in water. Exposure of the colloidal solution to UV light results in rupture of the micelles, and subsequent irradiation of this solution with visible light leads to the formation of rod‐shaped aggregates. Rod‐shaped aggregates are also formed simply upon aging of the colloidal solutions. Further details can be found in the article by S. Menon, R. M. Ongungal, and S.
