- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>An arylborane‐appended analogue</bold> of the catalytically important dppf ligand, FcPPB, was prepared and is represented by the industrial robot in the image. FcPPB provided access to platinum complexes featuring η<sup>3</sup><italic>BCC</italic>‐, η<sup>2</sup><italic>BC</italic>‐, η<sup>1</sup><italic>B</italic>‐ and Pt–H–B coordination modes, and reaction of the η<sup>3</sup><italic>BCC</italic>‐coordinated complex with PhC<sub>2</sub>H transformed the arylborane into an η<sup>3</sup><italic>BCC</italic>‐coordinated vinylborane.
