<abstract abstract-type="graphical"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>The authors demonstrate that different NMDAR antagonists (ketamine and MK‐801) have varying effects on spine density depending on dose, drug regimen, and brain region.
