Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en" id="jhet1708-abs-0002"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Strobilurins are a class of important agricultural fungicides that are used widely in plant protection. To find new strobilurin analogues with high activity against resistant pathogens, a series of new strobilurin derivatives bearing 1, 2, 4‐triazole oxime ether side chain <bold>3a</bold>, <bold>3b</bold>, <bold>3c</bold>, <bold>3d</bold>, <bold>3e</bold>, <bold>3f</bold>, <bold>3g</bold>, <bold>3h</bold> were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ¹H NMR, EIMS, and elemental analyses. Bioassays indicated that some of the compounds showed good fungicidal activities in the concentration of 50 mg/L. For example, compound <bold>3f</bold> possessed 100%, 100%, and 95.5% inhibition against <italic>Fusarium omysporum</italic>, <italic>Physalospora piricola</italic> Nose, and <italic>Gibberella saubinetii</italic> at the concentration of 50 mg/L, respectively.</p> </abstract>
