Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Liposome–nanoparticle hybrid colloids were obtained by internalization of silica nanoparticles into fluid liposomes. In their Communication on <ext-link ext-link-type="doi" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">page 12441 ff., </ext-link> M. Gradzielski, R. Michel et al. show that the structure of these long‐time stable hybrid colloids is conveniently controlled by the initial mixing ratio of nanoparticles to liposomes.
