<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adfm201470286-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>A flexible inorganic piezoelectric acoustic nanosensor is demonstrated using high performance PZT thin films. As reported by S. Hur, S.‐H. Oh, K. J.
