- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Two‐Dimensional MoS<sub>2</sub>/CdS nanohybrids with a sandwich‐like p‐n junction heterostructure, large specific surface area, and decreased band gap are solvothermally prepared from a DMSO suspension of well‐dispersed MoS<sub>2</sub> nanosheets (obtained from a mixture of LiBH<sub>4</sub> and bulk MoS<sub>2</sub> in the molar ratio of 2.5:1 at 350 °C for 3 d) and Cd(OAc)<sub>2</sub> (ultrasound, autoclave, 220 °C, 18 h).</p> </abstract>
