<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>The layered title cathode material is synthesized from mixtures of precursors (obtained by coprecipitation with Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> from aqueous solutions containing MnSO<sub>4</sub>, NiSO<sub>4</sub>, CoSO<sub>4</sub>, and different additives such as NH<sub>4</sub>OH, H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, or hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide at 60 °C for 4 h) and Li<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> (850 °C, 24 h).</p> </abstract>
