<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Stereoselective synthesis of spirolactone (+)‐vitedoin B (I) is achieved in 14 steps and spiro enol ether (+)‐negundoin A (II) is obtained in 19 steps from commercially available abietic acid.</p> </abstract>
