<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <sec id="jso23724-sec-0001" sec-type="section"> <p>Head and neck cancer is a heterogenous group of cancers involving the upper aerodigestive tract. In this review article, the most common sites will be discussed, including the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx, and larynx.
