- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201401805-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Atomic layer deposition</bold> is successfully applied to synthesize lithium iron phosphate in a layer‐by‐layer manner by using self‐limiting surface reactions.
