- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="aenm201400073-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Enhanced power conversion efficiency is observed for inverted organic solar cells</bold> when a sol‐gel deposited MgZnO is used in place of ZnO. The enhanced fill factor and open‐circuit voltage suggest reduced recombination at the interface with bulk heterojunctions of poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) blended with either [6, 6]‐phenyl‐C<sub>61</sub>‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) or indene C<sub>60</sub> bis‐adduct (ICBA). <boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgh1c9n6cxj" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
