- <abstract abstract-type="main" id="syen12089-abs-0001"> <title>Abstract</title> <p id="syen12089-para-0001">The systematics of the European species of <italic>Eupelmus</italic> (<italic>Eupelmus</italic>) Dalman (Hymenoptera: Eupelmidae) belonging to the '<italic>urozonus</italic>‐complex' is elucidated through combined molecular and morphological characterization. One mitochondrial gene fragment (<italic>Cytochrome oxidase I</italic>) and one nuclear protein‐coding gene fragment (<italic>Wingles</italic>s) were sequenced and the results compared with those of a detailed morphological study of the specimens from an extensive sampling.
