Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en" id="echo12686-abs-0002"> <title>Mini‐Abstract</title> <p>We describe a case of a 28‐year‐old male with recurrent episodes of aspiration. On two separate occasions, during episodes of respiratory failure, he developed right ventricular wall motion abnormalities (basal hyperkinesis with apical hypokinesis) without left ventricular involvement. This case is consistent with recurrent right ventricular Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, which has not been described previously.</p> </abstract>
