Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Hierarchical ZnO nanostructures decorated with gold nanopariticles are fabricated by J.‐H. Jang and co‐workers. The nanostructures are used for solar‐based water splitting. The results shown <ext-link ext-link-type="doi" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">on page 2341</ext-link> denote the possibility of enhancing light absorption properties via an efficient photon‐trapping effect.
