<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="ppsc201400061-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Sensitive detection of DNA at the sub picomolar range is demonstrated using a magnetic</bold> bead sandwich hybridization assay coupled with surface‐enhanced fluorescence (SEF)‐based amplification.
