Abstract:
<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Single crystals of Cs<sub>2</sub>V<sub>3</sub>O<sub>8</sub> are synthesized via a two‐step hydrothermal route starting with an aqueous solution of V<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> and oxalic acid (autoclave, 150 °C, 12 h) followed by addition of Cs<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> (150 °C, 24 h; 91% yield).</p> </abstract>
