- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201402076-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>High reflection and low build‐in electrical field</bold> hinder the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of planar n‐Si/organic solar cells. Depositing a thin layer of MoO<sub>3</sub> can improve the performance by creating an antireflection layer on the front surface as well as inducing an inversion layer in the Si.
