- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Ca<sub>54</sub>In<sub>13</sub>B<sub>4‐x</sub>H<sub>23+x</sub> (2.4 < x < 4) is prepared by solid state reactions of Ca, Li, In, B, and CaH<sub>2</sub> in the molar ratio of 10:10:1:1:1, resp., using Ca and Li as a flux (stainless steel container in evacuated silica tube, 1050 °C, 2 h; controlled cooling).</p> </abstract>
