<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>In the presence of the isothiourea (ITU), 3‐alkenoic acids are found to react with enones, diazenes, and aldimines giving [4 + 2] or [2 + 2] cycloadducts through α‐functionalization.</p> </abstract>
