Abstract

<abstract> <title> <x content-type="archive" xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>We report on a 75-year-old woman who presented with recurrent episodes of hypotension, anasarca, renal failure, hypoalbuminaemia without proteinuria, suggestive of systemic capillary leak syndrome (SCLS). Further investigations led to a diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Secondary SCLS associated with non-Hodgkin lymphoma is reviewed.</p> </abstract>
