- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adom201400072-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>High‐yield production and on‐chip integration of high‐Q chalcogenide microresonators</bold> with various sizes and geometrical shapes (spherical, spheroidal, and ellipsoidal) and with sub‐nanometer surface roughness is achieved.
