- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adhm201300672-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A magnetic ligation method</bold> is utilized for the detection of microRNAs among a complex biological background without polymerase chain reaction or nucleotide modification.
