<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <sec id="jocs12315-sec-0001" sec-type="section"> <p>We describe a variation of the standard intraoperative transit time flow evaluation that allows the assessment of the anastomotic patency of in situ arterial grafts before the release of the aortic cross clamp.
