Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201400217-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A reversible gradual L2₁‐to‐10M/14M phase transformation</bold> at low stress is shown via in‐situ nanoindentation on a single crystalline Ni₅₄Fe₁₉Ga₂₇ alloy. At higher stress, an irreversible abrupt transition from residual L2₁ to L1₀ martensite (a 2^nd type of phase transformation) occurrs.
