- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="smll201303648-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A facile and efficient synthesis of a solution‐processable MoO<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub></bold> featuring uniformly decorated MoO<sub>3</sub> nanoparticles onto exfoliated MoS<sub>2</sub> nanosheets is realized via a one‐step oxidation and spontaneous exfoliation method using hydrogen peroxide. By using MoO<sub>3</sub>/MoS<sub>2</sub> as a hole extraction layer in organic solar cells, high efficiencies, regardless of annealing conditions of the interfacial layer, and excellent long‐term stability are demonstrated. <boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pghmhwx9wv" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
