Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="aenm201301465-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A 12.6% Cu₂ZnSnS_{<italic>x</italic>}Se_{4–<italic>x</italic>} (CZTSSe) solar cell is presented with detailed device characteristics</bold>. Both short‐circuit current density (<italic>J</italic>_sc) and open circuit voltage (<italic>V</italic>_oc) increase in the 12.6% champion, relative to previous devices, due to better bulk CZTSSe quality and improved optical architecture.
